General Specifications
BondorTM Insulated Panel Systems offers products for various specifications. All of our products have high quality and international certification to ensure customer satisfaction.
WALLS, CEILINGS AND ROOFS
Wall and ceiling insulation panels shall consist of foam core of your choice, bonded each side with high durability pre-painted steel modified polyester/acrylic paint finish, both in accordance with this specification. With Slip Joint system, fire-retardant EPS and PUR, and fire resistance PIR and Mineral Wool panels are 1,170 mm wide. EPS panel is available in 50, 75, 100, 125, 150, 200 and 250 mm. PUR and PIR panel are available in 50, 75, 100, 150 and 200 mm thickness and Mineral Wool panel is available for 50, 75 and 100 mm thickness. The finishes and internal surfaces of the insulated panel system shall comply with the requirements of Statutory Authorities and, in particular, shall fulfil the requirements for clean room application/food processing areas.
FIXINGS
All rivets used are totally blind, sealed aluminum encased rivets of a size approximate to the location and specific application. In general, 4 mm diameter rivets at around 300 mm centers shall be regarded as the requirement. For clean room application, choices between no rivet expose or countersunk rivets are available.
JOINTS
All joints are designed and fabricated to ensure integrity of insulation and vapor seal. Joints are capped and fixed with powder coated aluminum or folded steel ashing as necessary. Joints between vertical wall panels use the Slip Joint system. Silicon shall be applied liberally to the panel skin edge prior to each panel's erection. Connections between wall panels, ceiling, and floors in clean rooms use 2 pieces coving with 45 or 65 mm diameter, or 90o angle and PVC/Polyacatel 3-way corners to meet clean room requirements for cleanliness and hygiene.
DOORS & WINDOWS
BondorTM Insulated Panel Systems offer a complete range of doors, either electrical or manual, to suit any access requirement such:
- Horizontal and vertical sliding doors
- Single or double swing
- Hinged doors
- Bi-parting doors
- Airtight doors with interlock systems
Features include no timber frames, smooth operation, heavy duty non-corrosive components, single-action lever mechanism, and fully sealed doors for cold rooms. All doors are designed for heavy-duty usage and are easy to operate and maintain.
We offer specially-designed windows suitable for BondorTM Insulated Panel Systems with powder coated aluminum extrusions fixed with high quality laminated glass or acrylic to suit your projects and requirements. Choices for extrusions used in windows and door viewing in clean rooms are rounded or 45o shaped. Clear, tampered, or laminated single, double, and triple glass is available. Clean, tempered, or laminated single, double, or triple glass is available. To prevent fungi growth and condensation, inside a triple glass there is dry air, while in a double glass window, a silica gel system is used.

INSTALLATION
PT Bondor Indonesia offers an installation service to ensure optimum performance from BondorTM Insulated Panel Systems. All connection components (angles, etc) above the base walls and partition are steel with a minimum thickness of 0.8 mm (engineering consideration may require thicker components). Aluminum trims such as radius cove extrusions may be used as covers over steel structural connections. Steel or stainless steel fixings are to be used. Wall and ceiling panels are supported by the structural steel of the building.
